Today is a transitional day for me. Today I set forth on the path of self-reconstruction.
Today will be my last day smoking.
Today will be my last day for unneeded self abuse.
Today I will begin my workout regimen.
Today will be my last day of letting others determine my actions.
With God behind me I can accomplish anything in this life.
